It's a choice-dependent visual novel game set in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where one will be playing the role of Elza. Elza is 20 years old, an innocent woman who, since she was little, was indoctrinated to stay away from impure acts. Since small, she was indoctrinated into the church that these should be done only after marriage, but something happened in her life that would end up throwing her into this world of carnal acts in which she has no experience. Do you choose, will you resist all impure acts, or will you allow yourself to be corrupted? The choice is out of your hands.​

You were framed, and for two years you have been serving a sentence for a serious crime. - More recently, an attractive guard has appeared in the prison, who for some reason despises you. - Will there be an opportunity to find a common language with her? - Can you take revenge on the people who set you up? - And how long will you have to sit in this prison?!

In Heart Intentions, you play the role of Jenio, a young man who was left in the care of a family friend when he was 5. Now, 20 years later, Jenio searches for his real family-and finds only more questions. Your game starts when you come back to the house of Hari, who raised you upon your father's request. The world around you will be one of self-discovery and growth, relationships with people, where your choices will have an impact on the outcome of your actions.
