It's a choice-dependent visual novel game set in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where one will be playing the role of Elza. Elza is 20 years old, an innocent woman who, since she was little, was indoctrinated to stay away from impure acts. Since small, she was indoctrinated into the church that these should be done only after marriage, but something happened in her life that would end up throwing her into this world of carnal acts in which she has no experience. Do you choose, will you resist all impure acts, or will you allow yourself to be corrupted? The choice is out of your hands.​

This revolves around Daryce during the time when she was informed that her parents had decided to divorce. She came to your place one late night, like many other nights, Seeking some companionship. This marks the start of your story with her. There will be choices determining how you end up with her in the story, with a similar relationship system from Ethan's Legacy.

A retired gun for hire is brought back into her old line of work to help settle a friend's debts. This small favour will drag her back into the world she tried to leave behind, a world full of greed, lust, corruption, corporate conspiracies and mysterious cults- with only an old friend, her girlfriend and a failed prostitute by her side. Neon Heart is an Adult Visual Novel set in a dark, yet neon-lit, seedy world. The morals of our heroine-and her dick-will be put to the test. Temptations behind every corner, and blood will run like a river (or you can turn the blood off at the start of the game).​
